70-Year-Old Man Arrested in Death of Nicki Minaj’s Father

A suspect in the hit-and-run death of Robert Maraj, father of Nicki Minaj, has been arrested. Nassau County Police say a 70-year-old man named Charles Polevich turned himself in on Wednesday, Feb. 17. Polevich allegedly struck Maraj with his car, a white Volvo, in the early evening of Friday, Feb. 12. Authorities say Polevich got out of his car and spoke to Miraj before leaving the scene.
